Our Customer Service Team enters customer orders, fields calls from customers regarding orders, shipping dates, delivery, returns, etc. Customer Service Representatives interface with Engineering, Operations, Purchasing and Sales. They are the face of the company and provide assistance to all assigned customer groups.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service preferred
  • Previous front of house restaurant or retail experience a plus
  • Proven experience in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient time management skills
  • Strong Work Ethic
  • High School diploma or equivalent
